A:after the payment, you can see a download link, that link has the full version, once you install the full version, it is going to ask you to uninstall the old version, press yes, then intall the full version

Solution 1:
You have running the old version near to the clock, you can close it, Right Click Mouse --> exit ( like the image atachment)
If the Solution 1 can not solve this problem properly, please refer the Solution 2 for further help.
Solution 2:
End the process application
you can end the process application in the task manager, then delete the demo version
the Demo Version is this, it has a D letter (RegFixerPro(d).exe)

the correct file is this
RegFixerPro.exe

A: RegFixPro™ is currently compatible with Microsoft Windows™ 98/Me/NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7 64/32Bit.
There are no plans at this time to create a version compatible with the Mac, Linux, or any other non-Microsoft Operating System.
